Our mindfulness groups for children and young people offer a supportive space to slow down, feel steadier, and build practical tools for everyday life.
Through gentle mindfulness and wellbeing practices (online or in person), young people can develop self-awareness, emotional literacy, and healthy coping strategies, in a way that feels approachable, age-appropriate, and encouraging.
Led by our experienced Mindfulness Practitioner, Kerry, sessions are warm, inclusive, and designed to help young people feel more in control of their emotions, stress, and anxiety without pressure and at their own pace.

A Safe, Supportive Space for Women Healing from Harmful Relationships
This free 12-week group programme supports women who have experienced difficult or harmful relationships. Through reflection, learning, and gentle guidance, participants gain the tools to understand what has happened, recognise their strengths, and take positive steps toward a brighter future.
Led by Louise Bryant, a trauma-informed life coach and domestic abuse specialist, sessions are delivered in a safe, supportive environment that promotes healing and empowerment.

How the Mindfulness Groups Work
Our mindfulness groups for children and young people offer a supportive and engaging space to explore emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and healthy coping strategies.
Through gentle, age-appropriate mindfulness practices, young people are supported to better understand their emotions, manage stress and anxiety, and build positive habits that can support them both now and in the future.
Each session is designed to be inclusive, encouraging and accessible, allowing young people to take part at their own pace in a safe and supportive environment.
The Online Mindfulness Group provides a calm, structured space for young people to engage in mindfulness from the comfort of their own home.
Sessions focus on practical mindfulness tools that can be used in everyday life, helping young people to develop emotional literacy, self-regulation skills, and confidence.
The group is led by our experienced Mindfulness Practitioner, Kerry, who has extensive experience supporting young people with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and wellbeing challenges.

The In-Person Mindfulness Group offers a welcoming and interactive space where children and young people can explore mindfulness through creative activities, games, and crafts.
Sessions are designed to show that looking after our wellbeing doesn’t have to be boring. Young people are encouraged to explore emotions, build self-awareness, and learn healthy coping mechanisms in a relaxed and supportive group setting.
Parents and carers are welcome to attend and be part of the journey.

🔹 Own My Life – Free 12 Week Programme
🗓 Starts: Monday 5 January 2026
⏰ Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm
How the Course Works
The Own My Life programme is a supportive and empowering 12-week course designed for women who have experienced difficult or harmful relationships.
Through weekly group sessions, participants explore healthy relationships, personal boundaries, and self-worth. Each session combines practical learning with reflection and discussion in a gentle, non-judgmental environment.
Led by Louise Bryant, a trauma-informed life coach, domestic abuse specialist, and career transition coach, the course helps women make sense of their experiences, rebuild confidence, recognise their strengths, and develop tools for emotional wellbeing and independence.
Every session is delivered in a safe, confidential, and supportive space where women can connect, share and take meaningful steps toward a brighter future.
Please don’t let the dates or times stop you from reaching out. We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different, and we’ll do our best to find a time that works for everyone. There’s some flexibility in how we run our sessions, so if you’re interested, we’d love to hear from you.
