A Calm, Confidence-Building Space for Young People to Strengthen Emotional Wellbeing

Our mindfulness groups for children and young people offer a supportive space to slow down, feel steadier, and build practical tools for everyday life.

Through gentle mindfulness and wellbeing practices (online or in person), young people can develop self-awareness, emotional literacy, and healthy coping strategies, in a way that feels approachable, age-appropriate, and encouraging.

Led by our experienced Mindfulness Practitioner, Kerry, sessions are warm, inclusive, and designed to help young people feel more in control of their emotions, stress, and anxiety without pressure and at their own pace.

How the Mindfulness Groups Work

Our mindfulness groups for children and young people offer a supportive and engaging space to explore emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and healthy coping strategies.

Through gentle, age-appropriate mindfulness practices, young people are supported to better understand their emotions, manage stress and anxiety, and build positive habits that can support them both now and in the future.

Each session is designed to be inclusive, encouraging and accessible, allowing young people to take part at their own pace in a safe and supportive environment.

The In-Person Mindfulness Group offers a welcoming and interactive space where children and young people can explore mindfulness through creative activities, games, and crafts.

Sessions are designed to show that looking after our wellbeing doesn’t have to be boring. Young people are encouraged to explore emotions, build self-awareness, and learn healthy coping mechanisms in a relaxed and supportive group setting.

Parents and carers are welcome to attend and be part of the journey.
