These free, 6-week group courses are designed for people who have experienced trauma, abuse, or need help building confidence to take their next steps into employment. Each course blends practical skills with emotional insight to help you understand yourself better, overcome personal barriers, and move forward with confidence.

💼✨ Empower Your Future – Free Employability Courses in Bexley
This autumn, we’re offering two supportive 6-week programmes designed to help women and young people build confidence, develop essential life and work skills, and take positive steps toward their future.
Own My Life Employability (for women) – A gentle, empowering course supporting women who may have experienced domestic abuse, trauma, toxic workplaces, or who feel unsure about their next steps.
Future Workforce Employability (for young people) – A practical, inspiring course designed to equip young people with the confidence, resilience, and skills they need to prepare for work, training, or further education.
Both courses are free of charge to residents of the borough of Bexley and are led in a safe, supportive environment where you’ll be encouraged, inspired, and empowered.
🔹 Course 2: Women’s Employability
🗓 Starts: Monday 3 November 2025
⏰ Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm (6 weeks)
Designed for women who want to reflect on how trauma, relationships, or mental health
challenges impact their working life and gain the tools to overcome them.
This course is available free of charge to those residing in the borough of Bexley. You’re welcome to sign up for both the Own My Life course and the Women’s Employability course

A third autumn course designed for young people. Offering practical tools and guidance to help build confidence, develop essential life and work skills, and take positive steps toward future opportunities.
This course is available free of charge to those residing in the borough of Bexley. You’re welcome to sign up for both this course and the other programmes we’re running this autumn.

🔹 Course 3: Own My Life – Free 12 Week Programme

⏰ Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm
The Own My Life course is a supportive and empowering programme designed for women who have experienced difficult or harmful relationships. It helps participants make sense of what has happened, build confidence, recognise their strengths, and take steps towards a brighter future.
Led by Louise Bryant, a trauma-informed life coach, domestic abuse specialist, and career transition coach, this course is delivered in a gentle, safe, and supportive way.
This course is available free of charge to those residing in the borough of Bexley. You’re welcome to sign up for both the Own My Life course and the Women’s Employability course.
