We welcome applications from qualified counsellors interested in volunteering with us to gain further experience. In return, we provide a supportive and friendly environment, along with subsidised in-house supervision and training opportunities.

​

Each year, we welcome a number of student counsellors who are completing their 100 hours of supervised counselling as part of their qualification journey.​ If you are interested in applying for a placement, please send your CV to sarah@counsellingmattersbexley.org.

We are especially keen to hear from students who would like to gain experience working with children and young people.

Administrative Support Volunteers

​

We have a wide range of administrative tasks that volunteers can support us with, including data entry, filing, photocopying, receptionist duties, publicity, fundraising, minute taking, web design, and more.

Some roles may involve handling confidential client information, so we ask all volunteers to provide two references and agree to follow our policies and procedures. Full training is provided, and you’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team environment.
